Strawberry Mo-Daiquiri ~ Sometimes we get in our own way –– we forget to slow down and we forget about all of the good things around us. The month of March in Texas is always a good reminder for us to do just that. The bluebonnets are popping out along the highways, the sun is starting to stay out a little bit longer, and spring is creeping into the farmers markets. With the weather and sunshine comes one of my all time favorite fruits — strawberries. This past Monday just so happen to be “National Strawberry Day” and I was reminded by host Lauren Petrowski over on Good Day Austin on Fox of this Strawberry Mo-Daiquiri that I made for my Blogoversary a while back. Pack up your car and head out to Sweet Berry Farm for some good ol’ berry picking and be on the look out in the next couple of weeks for these juicy pops of goodness around town. In the meantime, you can watch the clip below, grab the recipe, and get your patio ready for some leisure time with spring cocktails.
