Slow Cooker Honey Apple Challah Stuffing ~ We moved around a lot when I was a kid and one of my favorite kitchens that we had over the years was equipped with not one but two ovens. Two! I remember thinking how cool this idea was and all of the possibilities that came with it. Ah, if only every house had two ovens to work with. Now that I am in my own house and it happens to have a tiny-ish kitchen with only one oven –– I am not complaining but –– the holiday cooking can be a bit overwhelming in such a small space. I am often left to schedule out all of the side dishes so they can coordinate with the large bird in the oven. This, my friends, is where the crockpot can really come in handy. Sure, it’s a fantastic way to cook-up a main course during the busy week but it’s also a wonderful way to free up some of that valuable oven space that is needed for other things like pie, mmmm … pie. Along with the holidays there seems to also be nothing but dish-pan-hands, even if I wear the cute gloves I still get them, and I loath washing the copious amounts of dishes. Lucky for us the Reynolds Kitchens company has come along with many great products to use not only during the holidays but for year round easy clean-ups. One of my favorite things to use as of late are these Slow Cooker Liners –– BPA free and simple to use for minimal clean-up. This Slow Cooker Honey Apple Challah Stuffing is an easy way to get a delicious side dish on your holiday table with one less dish to clean for the win.
