Roasted Maple Sriracha Broccoli ~ There are some days that it seems I am just surrounded by kids and they appear to be crawling out of the woodwork. I mean … they are everywhere. The house, the car, the yard and of course, at school when I am spending time on campus. Don’t get me wrong, I adore kids –– mine and otherwise –– I always have. However, there are times that I just want something adult and not kid-friendly –– can you feel me? Thank goodness for hot sauce and wine. These are two things that I am able to have at the end of the day without little hands reaching in to grab a bite or a taste. I make this easy side dish in two batches –– one that is withOUT hot sauce (you know for those little people lurking about the kitchen –– they are hard to ignore) and one loaded with hot sauce just for M–E. So … go grab a BIG glass of wine and make this Roasted Maple Sriracha Broccoli –– you deserve it. Serve it right out of the pan (that’s how a lot of moms eat, right?) or over a bowl of rice.
