Ingredients
  • 3-4 medium pork chops I used boneless
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bushel cilantro
  • 1/2 cup green onion chopped
  • 1 medium lime zest and juice
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temp works best
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
Servings: people

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a shallow sauce bowl pour in milk and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl add panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and mix together.
  3. Dip one pork chop into the milk and hold it up to let some of the excess milk run off and then dip the pork chop into the Parmesan mixture and flip to coat both sides.
  4. Once coated remove from mixture and set onto a cookie sheet. Continue this process until all of your pork chops are coated and placed onto the cookie sheet.
  5. Once all of the pork chops are coated, place them in the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through and tender and outside is golden.
  6. While the pork chops are cooking, place the remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse together until well blended. If mixture is too thick add a touch of cream or water to thin it to the right consistence. Finish sauce with salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Remove pork chops form the oven and serve warm with the cilantro cream sauce.
