Local Savour Grilled Cheese Sandwich
For those of you that may, or may not know I have a serious crush on all things Confituras and my latest obsession is the Homegrown Tomato Jam. This crush, blended with my new found love for Veldhuizen Bosque Blue Cheese, merged together in my kitchen creating an ultimate grilled cheese sandwich experience – The Local Savour Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The tomato jam with a touch a balsamic vinegar, the pungent, salty and slightly sweet bosque blue cheese, basil from the garden on a fresh baguette make this a quick and easy sandwich that can be served for lunch or dinner and for those of you that can’t wait…breakfast could work too.
